Founder’s message
Every project we have advised, from agro-processing plants to power and infrastructure programmes worth hundreds of millions of dollars, has succeeded or stalled on the same variable: whether regulatory, tax and governance foundations were built correctly from the outset.
Walker Consulting Services exists to remove that uncertainty. We combine institutional regulatory experience with independent, partner-led advisory, so that investors, governments and enterprises can move with clarity rather than caution.

Founder & Principal Advisor
Walker Nyachowe leads the firm’s cross-border tax, regulatory and investment advisory engagements.
Over two decades across taxation, regulatory affairs and investment advisory, including leadership positions at BDO Zimbabwe, the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (Exchange Control), ZIMRA, and Ministry of Finance / World Bank programme work — a vantage point on regulatory systems from both the regulator’s and the adviser’s side of the table.
